Rental Qualifications and Requirements

All Hertz vehicles can be driven outside Montenegro prior stamped authorization from the Hertz location at time of rental. An additional fee of € 66.55 (including tax) will also be charged to cover the Green Card costs.

You can drop off the vehicle outside Montenegro on request only. An addtional fee will be charged.

Please note that road assistance outside Montenegro is limited. The driver will be held fully responsible for the cost of repatriation of the damaged vehicle in case of accident, major damage to, or loss of the Hertz vehicle.

Should these restrictions be ignored all insurance (Third Party Liability, CDW, TP, SCDW), if accepted, shall be deemed null and void. The driver will be held fully responsible in case of damage to, or loss of the vehicle and will bear all consequences, including the cost of repatriation of the damaged vehicle.

Luxury Categories can be driven outside Montenegro prior under special conditions and only on request from the Hertz Office. If you intend to drive outside Montenegro a 5 days in advance booking is mandatory, an additional fee of € 66.55 (including tax) will be charged.
