Terms & Conditions

• Offer is valid in participating Hertz locations in Europe.
• Offer available for bookings created between 10/10/2026 and 15/11/2026 and pick up between 10/10/2026-15/12/2026. 
• You must quote offer code CDP 766930 and Promotion code PC 211912 when making the reservation.
• Offer applies to the base rate quoted (excluding VAT and other fees). Discount does not apply to Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft protection (TP) (unless included in the base rate), Vehicle Licensing Fee (VLF), any surcharges (including but not limited to location surcharge or Young Driver Surcharge), taxes or any additional charges and optional extras such as excess waivers (SuperCover), Personal Insurance, snow/chains/tyres, child seats, GPS and fuel which are charged at normal rates.
• 4 Avios for every EUR 1 spent will be awarded on rental days and kilometers, but not on taxes, fuel, and other extras. They will also not be awarded on tour operator rates, airline employee rates, intercompany or employee rates, vehicle replacement and insurance rates, chauffeur services, promotional rates, contract rates or vouchers, gift vouchers or gift cards, or on wholesale and OTA prices.
• Where bundle rates apply the offer will be applied to the bundle.
• Offer is available for both pay now and pay later bookings.
• If available, at the selected rental location, the offer will be applied automatically to bookings made quoting CDP and PC code and your Finnair Plus member number.
• You will also earn the usual 400 Avios per rental. Both the standard points and the promotion points will be credited to your account within six weeks of completing the rental.
• Discount cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion or corporate rates.
• Hertz 24/7 locations and vehicles are not available for this promotion.
• Offer is valid for rentals booked directly with Hertz through the Hertz website and through the customer contact centre.
• All rentals are subject to Hertz’s Rental Terms and Rental Qualifications and Requirements. The person renting the vehicle must present a valid credit card, driving licence and a Finnair Plus member card when picking up the vehicle.
• Hertz reserves the right to change or remove this promotion at any time without notice. If you make any changes to your reservation that will result in a re–quote, it may not qualify for the offer. Changes resulting in a re–quote after 15/11/2026 will not qualify for the offer.
